Now that the HP Slate 6 VoiceTab has finally landed in our shores for a retail price of RM999, you can purchase the device from redONE and enjoy a rebate worth RM120. redONE Mobile, Malaysia’s only postpaid MVNO is offering the Slate 6 with its postpaid plan at only RM58/month.
All you need to do is sign up for a 12 months contract with redONE’s RM58/month postpaid plan, pay RM999 for the tablet, and redONE will give you a rebate of RM10 every month for your entire contract period, totaling up to RM120. The postpaid plan from redONE comes with RM58 worth of voice calls and SMS, along with 200MB of free data but if you need extra data, you can add on a data bundle from as low as RM5/month.
Announced earlier this year, the HP Slate 6 is a mid-range tablet from HP that comes with telephony functions. It features a large 6” HD display and beneath that is a 1.2GHz Marvell PXA 1088 processor with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. Other specs include 3G connectivity, 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, and 3,000mAh battery on board.
