Finally, it looks like Google has decided to add one of the best Waze feature into its Google Maps for Android and iOS users – Waze traffic update. Earlier this morning, the Mountain View company announced that it has added Waze traffic features into Google Maps in 46 countries. The details have not been listed out yet but it looks like we are one of the fortunate ones to receive the update.
Iif you do a quick visit to Google Maps on your mobile device and turn on the Traffic Layer, you will be greeted with a new set of icons that brings updates from Waze such as accident report, constructions and such. That’s not all, on top of allowing you to see live and more accurate incident reports, Google Maps will even reroute your journey so you can avoid those incidents.
