Earlier this month, HONOR confirmed that it will be releasing its newest flagship smartphone on our shores. Now, the company has announced that the Magic8 Pro will make its Malaysian debut next week, on 27 November 2025.
As previously revealed, the highlight of the handset is the camera system, or more specifically, what the brand is calling the Ultra Night Telephoto Camera. As the name suggests, the 200MP lens is designed to perform well in terms of night photography.

The rest of the device’s details are still under wraps at the moment, including its pricing. Based on the version released in China, though, we can probably expect it to feature a 6.71-inch OLED screen. Other details include a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and a 7,200mAh battery. However, the Malaysian model may not come with the same battery specifications.
Ahead of the phone’s local launch, HONOR has revealed the exclusive perks for early birds. Those pre-ordering the Magic8 Pro will be entitled to receive a free Insta360 Ace Pro. Pre-orders are set to begin on the launch day and will remain open until 4 December 2025.

As per usual, the company will be streaming the launch event on its Facebook page and YouTube channel. Those interested in catching the reveal can tune in to either of these platforms on 27 November 2025 at 3PM.
