About a year ago, Rockstar Games released the PC port for Red Dead Redemption. Now, the company has announced that it will be bringing the game to mobile devices. Starting from 2 December 2025, both the game and its Undead Nightmare DLC will be available for compatible iOS and Android devices.
The mobile versions of the game will include the complete single-player experience, as well as the bonus content from the Game of the Year Edition. Aside from that, Rockstar Games claims that these versions will include mobile-friendly control options.

What’s more, the developer will also be making the game available on Netflix. Those with a subscription on the streaming platform will be able to download and play Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare for free as part of their Netflix membership.
In addition to launching these versions, the company will also be releasing the game on current gen consoles, including PS5, Xbox series, and Nintendo Switch 2, with free upgrades for those who already own the game on previous gen platforms. Moreover, players on the PS4 and Switch will be able to pick up from where they left off using previous save data.

Of course, these new console versions, which were created in collaboration with Double Eleven and Cast Iron Games, will come with some improvements and enhancements. These upgrades include 60FPS gameplay at high resolution and HDR support. The Switch 2 version will also feature mouse controls.
