Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd (TnG) has introduced its next-generation open payment mobility ecosystem, featuring several home-grown innovations in tolling and mobility technology. The announcement highlights advancements in Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Smart Lane Fast Flow (SLFF), and Multi-Lane Fast Flow (MLFF) systems, which the company says are designed to redefine Malaysia’s road infrastructure and tolling operations.
The new systems were first previewed at the Malaysian Road Maintenance Convention (MRMC) 2025 and more recently at the MY-ASEAN Roads & Traffic Tech Expo (My-ARTTE) 2025 held at MITEC. Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi attended the event and received a briefing on TnG’s latest open payment and tolling technologies.
A key highlight of the showcase was Titan Flow, TnG’s fully integrated end-to-end MLFF platform developed entirely by Malaysian engineers. The system combines RFID as its primary detection technology with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and 3D LiDAR, all enhanced by artificial intelligence for real-time vehicle classification and enforcement accuracy.
According to TnG, Titan Flow enables precise vehicle identification and automated toll classification, ensuring operational reliability and fair tolling even in heavy traffic or poor weather conditions. The AI-driven system also sets the stage for future capabilities such as dynamic toll pricing, which could adjust rates based on traffic flow or vehicle types.

TnG’s new SLFF and MLFF systems also mark a major step toward fully open payment mobility, allowing seamless toll transactions without physical barriers while maintaining accurate billing and enforcement. Both systems incorporate the existing SOS Balance feature, which lets motorists with insufficient eWallet funds pass through tolls and top up within 24 hours.
The company also showcased several existing public services during the expo. Among them were the Parking Ecosystem that supports cashless and ticketless License Plate Recognition (LPR) parking, the Digital Transit Pass developed in collaboration with Prasarana Malaysia that powers the My50 pass integration in the TNG eWallet, and the Fleet Solutions platform that provides real-time toll transaction monitoring for businesses.
