Touch ‘n Go (TNG) has launched a selection of new products geared towards fans of the Pokémon franchise. These include limited edition charms with designs themed around iconic Pokémon in the series. More specifically, TNG is offering two different designs: one featuring the series’ mascot, Pikachu, and another with Gengar.
As with the other charms offered by the company, the Pokémon Special Edition Charms can be used as an alternative to TNG cards. This means that they can be used to make payments on public transportation. Aside from that, the PVC charms come with NFC functionality, allowing users to check and reload their balance via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. What’s more, users can subscribe to the My50 Pass.
In addition to the charms, TNG is also offering Pokémon Special Edition RFID Tags. Like the charms, the tags feature designs based on Pikachu and Gengar, with the respective Pokémon featured on the front.
The charms are priced at RM35 each, while the RFID tags retail for RM40. Both items can be purchased through the TNG official online store. Alternatively, those interested in buying the products can head over to the TNG service centres in Bangsar and Nu Sentral.
