Just last week, Leapmotor unveiled the Ultra variant of its new B05 fully electric (EV) hatchback. While the design elements and performance aspects of both the standard variant and the Ultra variant were already shared earlier, the automaker did not reveal the car’s interior until very recently.
From the official images of the B05’s interior, it can be seen that the cabin comes in a fully black tone with a simple yet sporty design that matches the car’s overall vibe. The cabin appears to have seats with two upholstery options; one resembling leather and the other fabric. The front seats are separated by a console featuring ample cargo space, enhancing the cabin’s practicality.
The cabin also includes an infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster attached to the steering wheel. The steering itself appears to be multifunctional; however, there are no visible buttons on the centre console. This may suggest that most functionalities are controlled through the infotainment system. Other interior features include reclining front seats, a wireless charging pad, and a panoramic roof.
As reported earlier, the standard variant of the B05 comes with frameless doors, 19-inch “Swift-Wing” alloy wheels, full-width taillights and headlights, and a low front-end grille. Meanwhile, the Ultra variant adds a touch of aggressiveness through an aerodynamic package that includes a front splitter, a rear spoiler, and a redesigned rear bumper.
For now, these are the details revealed by the automaker on the Leapmotor B05 EV hatchback. The interior recently showcased appears to reflect the standard specifications, and additional features can be expected on the Ultra variant.
