It’s not often we see a smartphone making the news for being holding a Guinness World Record. But We’ve got one recently, with the Infinix Hot 60 Pro Plus, being awarded one during its launch in Indonesia. The award in question is for the world’s thinnest 3D curved display smartphone.
At its thinnest, the Infinix Hot 60 Pro Plus measures in at 5.95mm, but on the flip side, it’s 6.09mm at its thickest point. The latter is the measurement that the Guinness World Record is taking into account for the title. Coincidentally, it also weighs in at 155g.

While we’re here, other specs of the phone include a 6.78-inch 144Hz AMOLED screen, a MediaTek Helio G200 chipset and a 5,160 mAh battery. Not only does it support 45W charging, it also does 10W reverse charging. It also comes with 8GB of RAM, and a choice between 128GB and 2565GB of storage, Imaging is done by a 50MP camera with an auxiliary lens, plus a 13MP front-facing shooter.
GSMArena reports that the Infinix Hot 60 Pro Plus had its global launch late last month. That being said, the Indonesian launch – and the awarding of the Guinness World Record – happened more recently. With that in mind, it remains to be seen when, or indeed if, the phone will land on our shores.
