AEON Bank has officially launched AEON Bank Biz, which is designed to offer shariah-compliant business banking solutions. For the time being, AEON bank is focused on bringing vendors, suppliers and business partners within its own ecosystem on board, as well as selected stakeholders. However, it plans on offering the services to more businesses in the country sometime in the near future.
The heart of AEON Bank Biz is the Business Current Account-i, which according to the Islamic digital bank is designed to provide a secure foundation for businesses. Among the perks is the 1.5% per annum profit rate, which needs no minimum balance. Other than that, AEON Credit Service Malaysia (ACSM) merchants can get an additional 1% per annum profit rate.
Moreover, AEON Bank Biz comes with comprehensive cash management features to streamline financial operations. These include support for RENTAS and DuitNow transfers, including bulk and single payment options with bulk approval functionality. For ease of access, the platform features an intuitive interface. Additionally, live chat support is available for real-time assistance when needed.
Although the service is currently only available for AEON and ACSM suppliers and vendors, local entrepreneurs can head over to the official website to register their interests. Aside from that, the dedicated app is available for both iOS and Android users.
