Pricing for the ASUS RTX 5080 Noctua Edition was recently unveiled. According to the UK-based PC hardware retailer, Scan, the card will be sold at an SRP of £1,500 (~RM8,521), meaning that, should the card reach our shores, it will likely cost more than that.
That price tag makes the RTX 5080 Noctua Edition more expensive than the ASUS ROG Astral version of the card, which currently retails in our market at an SRP of RM7,999. A pretty penny to pay but considering the results of past collaborations by the two, it is understandable.

As a quick primer, the RTX 5080 Noctua Edition will feature a boost clock of 2.73GHz, which isn’t great it’s not terrible either. Of course, the main selling point is the near-whisper-quiet performance of the cards, thanks to the fans attached to it. Specifically, it’s fitted with three NF-A12x25 G2 120mm fans, and is double the thickness of the RTX 5080 FE.
ASUS has also confirmed that the RTX 5080 Noctua Edition uses its optimised vapour chamber design, as well as a phase-change pad for the GPU.

As mentioned, this isn’t the first time ASUS and Noctua have collaborated on making these sort of cards. The trend, if we can call it, first began with the RTX 3070, followed by an RTX 3080 and RTX 4080 with the Ada Lovelace generation. In fact, the latter was the only card to ever be given the Noctua Edition treatment.
At the time of availability, ASUS did not specify local pricing or availability.
