HONOR Penang has dropped a surprising announcement as it revealed the local price for the new X6c. Placed below even the X7c, the new smartphone is now the cheapest offering in the X series, but it still brings durability and a big battery to the table.
The X6c sports a 6.61-inch 720p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak global brightness of 1,010 nits. Inside, the entry-level device runs on a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It comes with a drop resistance of up to 1.5m along with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Imaging-wise, the X6c features a 50MP main camera, a depth sensor, and a 5MP selfie shooter. Powering it is a hefty 5,300mAh battery with support for 35W charging. Additionally, it is fitted with a customisable button on the side that can be used to launch any command or app.

The HONOR X6c gets a retail price of RM599 and is now available in the brand’s experience stores in Penang. It is unclear when the phone will be listed for purchase online.
