realme recently released the C71 in select countries as the newest addition to its entry-level C series. Now, the company has announced that the budget smartphone will be landing on our shores soon. More specifically, the realme C71 is set to be officially launched on 12 June 2025.
The device features a 6.72-inch 720×1604 LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 725 nits. It also sports a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an SD card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Furthermore, it comes with military-grade shock resistance, allowing the phone to withstand being dropped from a maximum height of 1.5m.

Under the hood, the phone is equipped with a Unisoc T7250 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Powering the device is a 6,300mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging and 6W reverse charging. According to realme, the C71 has the largest battery capacity in its segment, with a single charge offering up to two days of use. On the software side, it ships with realme UI 6.0 based on Android 16. For connectivity, it supports 4G, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.2.
As for optics, the entry-level smartphone sports a 50MP AI main camera on the rear, while the front camera is a 5MP selfie shooter. The back panel also features an LED light ring the company calls the Pulse Light, which reacts to notifications and charging status to provide the user with visual alerts.

The realme C71 comes in two colour variants, White Swan and Forest Owl. For now, the brand has yet to announce the price of the smartphone, but those interested in buying the phone are advised to keep an eye on realme’s official website for details.
