Yes 5G has expanded its Yes Roam ASEAN Plus service to cover 12 destinations, with South Korea being the latest addition. Other destinations include Brunei, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.
To recap, Yes 5G’s Roam ASEAN Plus starts from RM10 for a one-day pass with 1GB of high-speed data, RM20 for a three-day pass with 5GB, and RM30 for a seven-day pass with 10GB. After using the high-speed data quota, users can continue with unlimited data capped at 512Kbps until the pass expires.
Passes can be activated on a preferred date, which can be selected up to 30 days in advance. Yes 5G allows free cancellations up to 24 hours before the activation date, providing users with flexibility and convenience.
Note that for those travelling to Singapore, a separate roaming pass is available with the same pricing and quotas as Roam ASEAN Plus. This pass also includes free outgoing calls to Malaysian numbers and free incoming calls, offering additional value. Yes Infinite postpaid subscribers enjoy this pass at no extra charge.
