Xiaomi has announced the Redmi Buds 6 Lite, a new addition to its lineup of True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds that is in-ear with removable silicone ear tips. One of its main features is its 12.4mm drivers and support for active noise cancellation (ANC).
The ANC feature is rated to reduce external noise by up to 40dB, and it also has call noise cancellation that can be utilised through its dual microphones. To add on, its total battery life extends up to 38 hours when used with its charging case, while the earbuds themselves offer 7 hours of playback on a single charge.
The earbuds have Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity with a communication range of up to 10 metres in open space. Additionally, its charging case carries an additional 480mAh and can be charged via the onboard USB-C Port.
In terms of compatibility, users can customise the audio experience with EQ adjustments and other features via the Xiaomi Earbuds app that’s available on both iOS and the Google Play Store.
The earbuds are available in three colours – Black, Blue, and White – and retail for RM129 via one local online store, MegaPhoneCity.
