Acer Launches New TravelMate Laptops; Retails From RM3,799

The brand's travel lineup gets the Intel Meteor Lake treatment.

Acer launched three new laptops under its TravelMate Series. The lineup comprises the P6 14, P4 14, and the P2 14.

Starting with the TravelMate P6 14, the laptop is powered by an Intel Meteor Lake Core Ultra 7 165H, comes with up to 32GB LPDDR5X and up to 2TB of PCIe 4.0 storage, a 65Whr battery, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. For its display, you’re looking at a 14-inch OLED with a maximum resolution of 2.8K (2,880 x 1,800) with DCI-P3 colour accuracy of 100%. There is also an option to have the laptop with or without a 10-point multi-touch panel.

The TravelMate P6 14 will retail from a starting SRP of RM,7,499 for the model without the touchscreen and RM7,999 with.

Moving on, Acer launched the TravelMate P4 14. This model comes in two flavours as well: one as a normal laptop, and another as a convertible, complete with a screen that folds all the way around. Specs-wise, the laptop comes with non-Ultra Intel Core 5 120U or a Core Ultra 7 155U, 8GB DDR5 RAM, 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD, and a 14-inch 2.2K (2,240 x 1,400) IPS panel. As for pricing, this laptop retails from RM4,799 for the normal model, while the convertible model is priced at RM6,199.

Lastly, the TravelMate P2 14 is also powered by an Intel CPU and comes with a 14-inch WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) display, up to 64GB DDR5 RAM, and up to 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. Pricing for the laptop starts from RM3,799 and can go up to RM4,799, depending on the configuration.
