In a move that seems to be a long time coming for many users out there, the Ministry of Health has decided to establish a physical helpdesk kiosk to help the public rectify issues that are related to MySejahtera.
Prior to this, users have to utilize the web-based helpdesk if they experience any problems with the national COVID-19 app. For some users, they may also be able to obtain assistance through MySejahtera’s Twitter page although in general, the response time may vary from one user to another regardless of the contact method.
As you may expect, among the main issue that will be the focus of the physical helpdesk is vaccination certificates. However, MySejahtera has noted that the helpdesk can only cater to individual users or their dependents and will not be able to solve issues that are related to Industrial PPV which will have its own physical helpdesk kiosk at a later time.
Furthermore, do note that the kiosk will only be operational on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For starters, the kiosk will be opened at PPV World Trade Centre (WTC) Kuala Lumpur starting today, 19 February while there will also be another kiosk to be opened at PPV Ideal Convention (IDCC) Shah Alam on 26 February.

Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin has said during MoH’s press conference earlier this week that the physical MySejahtera helpdesk kiosk will be made available at other states throughout Malaysia soon although their location will only be announced later. If you planning to visit the kiosk, please make sure to bring all the related documents listed by MySejahtera’s team right here before making your way there.
