Astro today has announced that it is extending the complimentary access to selected contents for its customers until the new end date of Movement Control Order period on 12 May. At the same time, the company has also added new contents for subscribers to enjoy.
The new contents consist of 7 learning channels including National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo WILD, HISTORY, Discovery Channel, Discovery Asia, Discovery Science, and Animal Planet. Prior to this, subscribers have already been provided with access to movie-oriented channels as well as Cartoon Network, HITS HD and 12 news channels.
The same extension for complimentary viewing also applies to NJOI customers as well although the free content list is still the same which include KIX, Nat Geo WILD, Cartoon Network, and Celestial Movies. Non-Astro subscribers can also continue watching the free 22 channels on Astro GO until 11:59 PM on 12 May.
