Secretlab has teamed up with HBO and custom-made some pretty wicked Game of Thrones-themed chairs. The Singapore-based company has made a total of three cover designs; each cover representing a major house within the series.
The house emblems in questions are Stark of Winterfell, Lannister of Casterly Rock, and Targaryen of King’s Landing. Getting into the specifics, the chair design for house Stark is represented with a simple black and white motif. The design for house Lannister is visibly bolder; sporting the regal, more elegant looking crimson red, black, and gold colours.
The simple chair design for house Targaryen is perhaps the most striking of the three, despite its simple black and red colour scheme. What really appeals to us is the choice of the blood red colour palette, which really makes the three-headed dragon sigil of the Targaryen house stand out.
The sigils aside, all three chairs are available in Secretlab’s two design categories – OMEGA and TITAN. The leather used is also standardised across the board; all the chairs are fitted with the brand’s Prime PU Leather, as well as its versatile 4D armrests. More importantly, and one would expect of Secretlab’s chairs, they all feature a full-length reclining backrest.
For the moment, only designs for the Stark, Lannister, and Targaryen sigils are available, and there’s no indication from Secretlab on whether or not it plans to make other sigils from the epic fantasy.
While the base pricing for these chairs starts from RM1383 for the OMEGA series and RM1619 for the TITAN series, the GoT-themed variants are priced slightly here. However, Secretlab has yet to release the exact Malaysian pricing for these GoT-themed chairs just yet even though they are now readily available for pre-order in Singapore.
