While we still on the subject of unifi Basic plan, it turns that quota is not exactly what subscribers of the plan need to be worried about. Well, that is at least until the middle of next month as TM has apparently provided unlimited quota to unifi Basic subscribers in conjunction with New Year and Chinese New Year.
Not only that, TM has also uncapped the speed for the unifi Basic plan although the actual ceiling limit was not stated by the company. Customers are able to enjoy their uncapped and unlimited unifi Basic plan until 15 February in which their Internet speed will then return to 30Mbps together with 60GB quota starting from 16 February onwards.
Just like the availability of unifi Basic’s add-on passes and new throttle speed, we actually stumbled upon this promotion earlier today purely by chance. Based on the posting date of the EDM above on the unifi Community forum though, it is likely that the promo has been in place since earlier this month.
