Seagate has a new range of offerings for Malaysians. Covering both creative photography tools to data recovery services, the deals will enable Seagate customers to unleash their creativity while giving them peace of mind in ensuring that their valuable data will be protected.
First up is the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan promotion for Seagate Backup Plus models. Customers who purchase a Backup Plus Ultra Slim 1TB and 2TB; Backup Plus Slim 1TB and 2TB; Backup Plus Portable 4TB and 5TB; or Backup Plus Hub 4TB, 6TB, 8TB and 10TB external storage drive will have a complimentary two month membership to the plan.
Through this, customers will gain access to Adobe’s photography tools like Lightroom and Photoshop. Both of which are widely popular applications for editing photos.
Additionally, there is the Seagate Rescue Data Recovery Plan which comes in two and three year subscriptions, costing RM48 and RM68 respectively. These are perhaps the most cost efficient options for ensuring that you can retrieve your data in the event that something happens to your storage drive. All recovered data is also encrypted, giving that extra layer of security.
Customers that pick up a Seagate Backup Plus Ultra Slim 1TB or 2TB will also get two years of Seagate Rescue Services for free.
Finally, Seagate has two new high capacity external storage solutions for sale: 5TB for Backup Plus Portable and 10TB for Backup Plus Hub. The Backup Plus Portable is part of Seagate’s high capacity external storage options, and has a maximum data transfer speed of 120MB/s. On the other hand, the Backup Plus Hub doubles as an all-in-one data hub and recharging station built into a desktop drive that also sports additional USB ports for expanded connection options.
