Maxis has introduced its new FamilyRoam plan, which enables all users subscribed to its MaxisONE Plan and MaxisONE Prime to take advantage of its new unlimited roaming plan in any one of nine ASEAN countries.
Specifically, the new roaming plan gives its users unlimited international calls and SMS, as well as unlimited use of the MaxisONE Plan or MaxisONE Prime’s shared data pool, no matter which ASEAN country you are in. Activating is also kept simple; only one user needs to activate the daily MaxisONE World pass (which still costs RM38 per day), after which anyone under the plan gains access to the same unlimited roaming privilege.
FamilyRoam is already in effect, and to be clear, the pass can be activated either by the principal line user or any shared line user. No additional sign-up is required.
