Sharp Mobile has announced that the Sharp Aquos S2 will be available for pre-order in Malaysia starting from 28 December 2017 onwards until 4 January 2018. According to the initial information that we received, the device will then be released to retail stores throughout Malaysia on 6 January 2018.
Sharp Mobile has also confirmed that the Aquos S2 for Malaysian market is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 variant which also carries 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The phone will be priced at RM 1,299 which is slightly cheaper than what it being sold in China.
All pre-orders will be accompanied by SLS-100 Stereo Wireless Bluetooth Headset while the first 50 pre-order customers will also receive 32GB SanDisk Ultra microSDHC UHS-I card. These offers are valid at at Lazada, 11street, Shopee, DirectD and Satu Gadget Dot Com.
The official announcement of Sharp Aquas S2 for Malaysia also mark the change to a new distributor for Sharp Mobile. Starting from the new model, Thorus Technology is now responsible for the brand in our market.
