Dell today has officially launches the latest iteration of Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop in Malaysia. Originally announced to the world in August, the company has decided to adopt a new design for the laptop featuring a full-length grille on its back.
Instead of the red and black theme in the previous model, Dell has draped the new Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming in single colorway instead. The laptop currently comes in black with some red trim on its touchpad and logo. A red version will also be released for Christmas shopping season.
In terms of hardware options, users can choose either 7th Generation Intel Core i5-7300HQ or Core i7-7700HQ processor for their laptop which is the same option as previous Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptop. However, the new model can be fitted with more DDR4-2400 RAM at up to 16GB as well as 256GB PCIe M.2 solid state drive.
Additionally, it also can be obtained with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB graphics card. That being said, do note that this is the Max-Q variant of the card. 1TB 5400rpm hard drive and 56 Whr 4-cell battery with quick charge capability are standard across all variants.
Price-wise, the new Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming laptops can be obtained from RM 3899 onwards which is slightly higher than its predecessor that is still available for sale at the moment. For further details, head on to Dell Malaysia’s official website.
