Just like three other main telcos in the country, Celcom has also start taking pre-order for Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus today. However, don’t be surprised if you didn’t see any reference to the pre-order program on its official website (at the time this article is published, at least) as it actually taking place at the telco’s Blue Cube online store.
Under the program, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus can be obtained according to these prices:
In general, the 32GB iPhone 7 with First Gold is the most affordable model among those that are listed above at RM 2,758. The same case also applies to the 32GB iPhone 7 Plus with First Gold which costs RM 2,788.
Do take note that customers are also subjected to 24 months’ contract together with telco monthly commitment of RM 98 for First Gold and RM 150 for First Platinum. Not to forget, customers are also asked to register a new number when they place their pre-order through Blue Cube online store based on our current observation.
The new number will be activated within 10 days after customers receive the new SIM card alongside their iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus from Blue Cube. For existing Celcom customers, we do suggest you to get in touch with Celcom first to find out what you should do with the new SIM card before committing to the pre-order program at Blue Cube online store.
