Chances are, you have heard of Blendtec. At the very least, you’d be familiar with Tom Dickson, who is well-known for his “Will It Blend?” series, where he…literally blends various products. Well, Blendtec blenders are now in Malaysia, and the company said they are the last blenders you will ever need – that explains the hefty price tags.

In Malaysia, four Blendec blenders are available: the Classic 575, Designer 625, Designer 725, as well as the Professional 800. As its name suggests, the Classic 575 is the most affordable at RM3,199. It features a 3.0 peak horsepower motor, a touchpad interface, as well as an illuminated LCD timer.

The higher-end Designer 625, on the other hand, also has the same motor as the Classic 575, but has additional features like a six-speed touch slider, different pre-programmed cycles (Smoothie, Ice Cream, Whole Juice and Hot Soup), as well as illuminated touch controls; it retails at RM3,949. One tier up is the RM4,949 Designer 725, which is packed with a more powerful 3.8 peak horsepower motor, a 100-speed capacitive touch slider, and more pre-programmed cycles, including Salsa and Clean.

Finally, there’s the most powerful blender of the lot, the Professional 800, which is touted as “the quietest, most capable blender in the world.” It features a 3.8 peak horsepower motor, even more pre-programmed cycles (Baters, Mixed Drinks and Frozen Treats, among others), as well as an 11-speed manual touch slider. The Professional 800 blender retails at RM 6,449, and it comes with a 10-year warranty instead of an eight-year one like the other Blendtec blenders.

If you’re planning to get any of these Blendtec blenders, they are currently on sale in 1 Utama Shopping Centre at the Concourse area in Highstreet. Alternatively, these blenders can also be purchased at Parkson.
