You don’t have to pay a premium price just to have access to some of the most popular features on Adobe Photoshop. The company recently released a new iOS app called Photoshop Fix that packs most of the key Photoshop tools for free.
Available on the App Store, Photoshop Fix is “the power of Photoshop retouching for everyone, anywhere”. You can heal, smooth, liquefy, lighten and make other edits and adjustments to your pictures, and it syncs with Adobe Creative Cloud so you can access your photos anywhere.
The key features included in Photoshop Fix include:
- Retouching tools – liquefy, heal and patch, smooth, lighten/darken
- Edit and adjust photos – color, paint, adjust, defocus
- Send images directly to Photoshop CC on desktop for further editing
The app is available immediately for iPhone and iOS devices for free, but as expected, you will need to sign up for an Adobe account before you can use it. As for those who are using Android devices, don’t be too disappointed, the company says that the Android app is coming later.
In addition to that, Adobe also has a new app called Adobe Capture CC that combines several of its older apps in one – Adobe Brush CC, Color CC, Hue CC and Shapp CC. The company also updated its Premiere Pro desktop app with 4K, 8K and HDR support.
