TaxiMonger and Telebix recently announced a partnership that will make your taxi rides more fun and interactive. They have installed their “My Lifestyle Media Interactive Taxi tab” in taxis that will “revolutionise the way customers perceive a taxi ride”.
To date, the companies have installed 500 tabs in taxis in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, and by the end of the year, they aim to have 1,500 tabs installed. So what does these tablets provide? Customers will be given infotainment, tourist information, bargain offers and many more through these tablets.

On top of that, the My Lifestyle Media Interactive tab will also provide safety and planning mechanisms whereby customers can monitor their estimated time of arrival (ETA), and access the information of the driver. At the end of the ride, passengers will also be able to rate their ride experience.
