Huawei Malaysia Exclusive Service Centre Plaza Berjaya 08

After opening an online store and multiple flagship stores last year, Huawei Malaysia kicks off 2015 by unveiling its first exclusive service centre here in Kuala Lumpur. In addition to that, the company has also announced several additional initiatives in its effort to strengthen its aftersales services in our market.

Located at the first floor of Plaza Berjaya in Jalan Imbi, what made the new service centre different from Huawei’s existing Authorized Service Centres and Collection Points is that this particular establishment is solely for Huawei customers while other centres might serve multiple brand. The new centre also caters for Huawei’s sub brand, Honor even though there is no sign of Honor branding or products at the centre when we visited it earlier today.

Similar exclusive service centre will be opened in more locations in the near future according to the company but it is not able to share any confirmed details at the moment. Nevertheless, Huawei Malaysia has also planned to expand its aftersales reach by including door-to-door pick-up and delivery services within the first quarter of this year.

Not enough with that, the company is working to increase the amount of its Authorized Collection Points from 17 to 100 by the end of 2015. All in all, we take this is one of the obvious sign that Huawei is increasing its presence here in Malaysia which means that you might start to hear more about them more often from now on.
