Launched earlier this week, Michelin has unveiled a new motorsports-oriented web game that is called as The Right 2 Race. Using Sepang International Circuit as its background, the game is rather simple: all you need to do is choose race lines on the circuit’s map together acceleration and braking points.
What made it interesting though is that those racing lines are not only converted into lap time but they will also be “adapted” into an actual live action video complete with commentary of your driving from your so-called “team captain”. Of course, these are not just for shows…
…since there is an actual prize to be won through Michelin The Right 2 Race web game. Specifically, the five fastest Malaysian players in the game will be given a full day of intensive motorsports coaching session called Michelin Pilot Sport Experience in Sepang International Circuit this coming August.
For this year’s edition of the event, participants will be given the professional coaching using Formula 4, Citroen C2 Rally, and Renault Clio Cup cars. At the end of the session, participants will also be taken on hot laps through the Sepang Circuit on a Formula Le Mans car by a professional driver.
