Celcom is currently having a pretty good deal for its Celcom First voice plan as well as its mPro data plan that gives you 5GB of data, and free calls and SMS from as low as RM88/month. Available with its Celcom First Prime/Premier/Elite plans, the telco is offering a RM40 discount on its mPro data plan that comes with a whopping 5GB of data.
The thing attractive about Celcom First voice plans is that it comes with a fixed number of free calls/SMS that is up to you to use – you can use up all 266 “credit” for calls and not have any wasted for SMS because let’s face it, how many of you still send 100SMS a month when you can use Whatsapp, Line, BBM, iMessage and such instead?
However the catch is that the deal will only last for 6 months and on the 7th month, the mPro plan will be reverted to its original price of RM88/month so if you sign up for Celcom First Prime + mPro, your monthly commitment will be RM128/month. Valid till 14 January 2014, the deal is only available for new and MNP customers only, existing Celcom customers are not eligible to sign up. You don’t have to commit to a contract so you are free to change or port out once the deal is over.
