As you might know, Microsoft has officially launched its new Office 2013 and Office 365 in numerous markets throughout the world last night. While we might have discussed their pricing last night, the recommended retail pricing (RRP) that Microsoft Malaysia has passed to us today looks slightly different.
By different, we mean that Microsoft Malaysia’s RRP seems to be slightly higher – ranging from RM 9 to RM 80 - than what we saw last night on Office’s official website. Here’s how the pricing looks like:
In addition to that, Microsoft Malaysia offers Office 365 only as annual subscription although one is still be able to opt for monthly subscription through Office’s official website.
Meanwhile, Microsoft Malaysia has also confirmed that users are able to obtain boxed version of Office 2013 and Office 365 from local retailers right away. The boxed Office 2013 does include installation DVD but the Office 365 will only contain an activation card for the service.
