realme has announced a new smartphone for the local market. The C100x serves as the latest addition to the brand’s entry-level C100 series, and much like the other members of its family, it focuses on all-day endurance and durability.
The new model measures 8.78mm thick and features a 6.8-inch LCD display with a 720 x 1,520 pixel resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 900 nits of peak brightness. This screen incorporates Wet Hand Touch 2.0 technology, allowing the phone to be used with wet or oily hands. As with its siblings, the C100x comes with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, ArmorShell protection, as well as MIL-STD 810H certification. According to the brand, the phone can withstand drops from up to 2m.

Internally, the handset is equipped with a Unisoc T7250 processor. This gets paired with 6GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The company also promises support for up to 24GB of dynamic RAM.
Naturally, the highlight of the phone is the huge 8,000mAh battery. This cell supports 45W wired charging, with a quick five-minute top-up allowing for four hours of calling time. Furthermore, 6W reverse charging is on board, so the phone can serve as a power bank for small electronics and accessories. As for software, it runs on Android 16 via realme UI.
On the imaging end, the device features a 50MP AI main camera on the rear. Flipping the phone around, you get a 5MP selfie snapper. Other features of the phone include AI Netpilot, which ensures stable connectivity in environments like subways, crowded neighbourhoods, and rural areas. The device also sports a headphone jack and an intelligent speaker cleaning system.

For now, the brand has not disclosed pricing details for the phone as it is not available for purchase just yet. Customers will have to wait until next week, as sales will begin on 28 August 2026. As usual, the handset will be available through the brand’s online stores, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Other avenues include official realme brand stores and authorised retailers.
