Carousell Malaysia has officially announced that it has partnered up with SPX Express Malaysia (SPX) to help expand delivery. According to the e-commerce company, this partnership will make sending and receiving items easier for its user base.
Through this partnership, buyers will benefit from doorstep delivery, while sellers will gain access to more than 1,000 SPX service points across West Malaysia. Carousell said the expanded delivery options will give users greater flexibility when buying and selling secondhand items on the platform.

The e-commerce company highlighted that nearly nine in 10 orders on its platform were fulfilled through delivery between January and June this year. While delivery helps facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, the company noted that arranging shipments can involve additional steps for individual sellers, such as preparing shipping labels.
Through its partnership with SPX, Carousell is expanding users’ access to more than 1,000 SPX service points across West Malaysia. Furthermore, SPX will offer label-less shipping through Carousell Official Delivery, meaning sellers will not need to print shipping labels before dropping off their parcels. Instead, they can present the digital shipping information generated in the app at an SPX service point, where staff will print and attach the label on their behalf.

Once the parcel has been accepted for delivery, both the seller and buyer will be able to track its journey and receive delivery updates directly through the Carousell and SPX apps. Lastly, the e-commerce platform is also offering promotional delivery rates starting from RM3.50 on its platform. However, the company did not state how long this promotional rate will last.
