Rumour has it that AMD is preparing to launch a total of four new 3D V-Cache Ryzen processors. The most interesting point of this story is that a mid-range Ryzen 5 7500X3D is likely to be a possible SKU.
The case of the 7500X3D comes by way of popular leakster momomo_us on X, although to be fair, their tweet isn’t full of details this round. Rather, it’s just a tweet with the name of the SKU, along with what appears to be a product code.

That product code tracked back to Westcoast, a UK-based PC hardware retailer. Unsurprisingly, there was no product of such nature in stock, for the simple reason that it doesn’t exist, yet.
Moving on, if the 7500X3D is indeed real, then it should be a 6-core CPU, especially if AMD’s continues following its trends with the Ryzen 5000 Series and release of the 7600X3D that launched last year. As for its 3D V-Cache, it should be about the same size as the 7600X3D, which is 102MB, but again, there is no official word from the red chipmaker yet.
As mentioned, the 7500X3D isn’t the only SKU that AMD is supposedly preparing to launch. Rumours have it that it also plans on launching another high-end X3D CPU, presumably one more powerful than its current king-of-the-hill, the 9950X3D, while the other two are reportedly a Ryzen 7 9850X3D and Ryzen 5 9600X3D. It’s looking likely that the company will announce these plans during CES 2026 next year.
