Touch ‘n Go (TnG) eWallet has launched its new Visa Travel Card, designed for Malaysians who frequently spend abroad. The card offers up to 3% cashback, no foreign exchange markup, and one free international ATM withdrawal each month.
In essence, the Visa Travel Card is an enhanced version of the existing TnG Visa card, using the same eWallet balance but with better perks for overseas use. Under the “Visa Card Holiday Cash Back 3.0” campaign running from 15 October to 31 December 2025, users can earn up to 3% cashback on physical transactions abroad.
The card applies a tiered reward system: users earn 0.5% cashback for spending as low as RM2, 1.5% for transactions of RM150 and above, and a full 3% for purchases from RM300 onwards. The system directly credits the user’s eWallet with the cashback once it confirms the transaction.

The card also features 0% FX markup, meaning no additional charges for foreign currency payments. Travellers can make one free overseas ATM withdrawal each month if they have made at least one physical purchase abroad during that period. After that, a fee of RM10 applies per withdrawal.
Users can order the Touch ‘n Go Visa Travel Card through the eWallet app under the “Visa Card” section, and TnG will deliver it to their address before activation. Once activated, users can use the card at any Visa-accepting terminal or ATM worldwide.

The Visa Travel Card costs RM20 to apply (RM15 application fee + RM5 delivery fee) and carries an annual fee of RM8, waived for the first year. Users can apply for the card only through the TnG eWallet app and may hold just one active Visa card at a time. If users already own the older “Basic” Visa card, the system automatically deactivates it when they activate the new Travel Card.
Additionally, the cashback applies only to physical overseas transactions. Online purchases, eWallet top-ups, crypto, insurance, fuel, and similar categories are excluded. However, TnG says users can still enjoy 1% cashback every Wednesday for international online transactions.
