An updated Zeekr X has been revealed through China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), following the recent unveiling of the new GWM Ora Cat. According to the findings, the crossover SUV comes with a new design and upgraded powertrain.
In terms of design, there are not many changes; however, the front fascia now features updated daytime running lights comprising 56 LEDs. Additionally, the car is equipped with a 1.21-metre square panoramic sunroof.

At the rear, the car features a full-width taillight with 229 LEDs. Beyond that, it retains nearly all of its standard features. Optional configurations include rim designs, brake calipers, side mirror colour, flush door handles, non-privacy glass, and roof colour. As for the interior, there is no information yet but we can expect similar updates inside as well.
In terms of powertrain, the SUV comes in both all-wheel drive (AWD) and rear-wheel drive (RWD) configurations. The AWD is equipped with two motors producing 365 kW, paired with a ternary lithium battery. The RWD, on the other hand, comes with a single motor delivering an output of 250 kW, paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery.
At the moment, this is all that is known about the updated Zeekr X and more details are expected soon. There is also the possibility that the updated SUV will be available in the Malaysian market, as the predecessor is already sold in Malaysia.
For reference, the current model in Malaysia (shown above) comes in two variants, offered in both RWD and AWD drivetrains. Pricing starts from RM155,800.
