Smartphone brand realme has confirmed that it will be launching its latest mid-range device, the realme 15 Series, in Malaysia on 18 September. As the naming convention suggests, this entry will serve as the successor to the realme 14 series and introduces AI camera tools as well as a lightning system.
One of the key features of the device is its 7,000mAh battery that, according to realme, is housed in a phone chassis that is no more than 7.79mm thick and 187g in weight. The company further boast that it is “the slimmest 7,000mAh in its class”.
The smartphone series features a Pulse Light, the device’s new lighting feature. This circular light wraps itself around the central camera module and is shown to be flashing various colours. According to the official press release, this light can be programmed to glow for notifications, calls, alarms, or music rhythms. It can also be synced up as a countdown cue for photography and can be used in conjunction with the phones Dual Flashlight system.
Officially called and marketed as the “AI Party Phone”, the phone allows users to edit images by hand or even by voice. While on the topic of marketing, the device was also marketed as a fashion accessory rather than a standard phone thanks to its “Luxury Material Design”. As per the official key visual, the realme 15 series seems to have a unique design depending on the selected colour variant. The design will further shift in relation to a light source.

As stated earlier, the realme 15 series will launch on 18 September. The launch event will be live streamed at the brand’s official Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube pages at 6PM.
