Amazfit has officially launched its newest rugged smartwatch designed for outdoor activities, the T-Rex 3 Pro. As you can probably tell by the name, the wearable is a souped up version of the T-Rex 3. It packs enhanced features in a durable body that can withstand temperatures as low as -30°C.
To start off, the watch is available in 44mm and 48mm sizes. Both variants feature a sapphire glass screen, as well as a titanium alloy bezel. The smaller model sports a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The bigger version also gets the same display, but it measures 1.5 inches.

In addition to a built-in speaker and microphone, the T-Rex 3 Pro is equipped with a dual-colour LED flashlight with multiple modes. These include a boost mode for increased brightness, red light for low-interference visibility, SOS flash, and safety alerts.
Furthermore, the watch comes with dual-band GPS and support for six satellite systems for accurate location tracking, and detailed offline maps with route information. In addition to these capabilities, it features more than 180 sport modes, including activities like trail running, recreational scuba diving, and strength training. And as with other Amazfit smartwatches, it pairs with the Zepp App to provide the user with detailed health insights.
Battery life also gets an improvement compared to the regular T-Rex 3. According to the brand, the T-Rex 3 Pro offers up to 25 days’ worth of regular use. However, this is only true for the larger model. On the other hand, the smaller variant will only last a maximum of 17 days on a single charge.

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro is available for pre-order starting today for RM1,799. Those interested in buying the watch can head over to the brand’s official website and online stores on Shopee and Lazada. As part of the launch, customers can get the wearable at a discounted price of RM1,749. Additionally, the company is also offering a complimentary free gift with each purchase.
