Lotus Cars Malaysia has launched the updated fully electric Emeya hyper-GT line-up for the Malaysian market, and it comes in five variants, compared to the three variants when it was launched back in August 2024. The five variants include the Emeya 600, 600 GT SE, 600 Sport SE, Emeya 900 Sport and 900 Sport Carbon. According to the automaker, the 600 and 900 in the names reflect the output of the model.
In terms of the exterior and interior, there are not many changes except for some enhancements, such as the Emeya 600 featuring LED matrix headlights, 20-inch wheels, Jasper interior theme with LotusWear Performance Fabric, KEF Premium 15-speaker audio, four-zone climate control and a 29-inch infotainment system.
The 600 GT SE comes with 21-inch alloy wheels, a glass roof and illuminated side sills. As for the 600 Sport SE, it has an active rear spoiler, rear diffuser and front air dam. It also has ventilated and massage seats as options.
The 900 Sport is given an active rear spoiler and Quartz interior theme with LotusWear Performance Fabric. Meanwhile, the 900 Sport Carbon comes with carbon packages for the exterior and interior, active rear diffuser and front air dam, and massage and ventilated front seats.

In terms of powertrain, all the models come with a dual motor powertrain, in which the Emeya 600 models produce 450 kW of power and 710 Nm of torque. The 600 variants complete the century sprint in 4.15 seconds and have a top speed of 250 km/h. As for the 900 series, it produces 675 kW of power and 985 Nm of torque, allowing the car to reach 100 km/h in 2.78 seconds, with a top speed of 256 km/h.
All of the Lotus Emeya variants feature a 102 kWh battery pack that offers a WLTP range of up to 610 km. It also features the same 800 V architecture, which means with a 350 kW DC charger, it only takes 18 minutes to replenish from 0% to 80%.
As for the price, the Emeya 600 comes with a price tag of RM459,900, while the GT SE and Sport SE have price tags of RM519,000 and RM599,000 respectively. Meanwhile, the Emeya 900 Sport will cost RM699,000 and the 900 Sport Carbon will cost RM729,000.
It should be noted that the starting price for the updated Lotus Emeya is RM96,000 cheaper than when it was launched last year, and the highest variant is RM78,000 cheaper than its predecessor. The updated Lotus Emeya is now open for booking through Lotus stores in Glenmarie, Pavilion Damansara Heights and Penang; first deliveries are expected to begin in September 2025.
