Kospet is probably not the first name you think off when you think of smartwatches. But the brand has announced a pair of smartwatches for the local market, the Magic P10 and the Magic R10. Despite the different name, there are probably more similarities than differences between the two.

With that in mind, let’s get these differences out of the way. To start, the Kospet Magic P10 comes with a slightly larger 1.96-inch 410 x 502 AMOLED screen, in a more rectangular shape. Then there’s the 1.43-inch 466 x 466 round AMOLED display on the Magic R10.

Beyond these differences, both the Kospet Magic P10 and R10 have a peak brightness of 1,00 nits. Both also make use of what is described as 316L stainless steel for their bezels. Inside, they also share what is alled an Action3085S dual-core microcontroller unit, which gives it Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, dual-band L1 + L5 Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS).

The Kospet Magic P10 and R10 provides the usual range of health and fitness tracking features. Starting with the former, both feature heart rate variability, blood oxygen, sleep cycle, stress and emotion monitoring. For the ladies, there’s also menstrual cycle tracking. On the latter, the company boasts tracking for over 180 sports. Wrapping it all up is a 5ATM water resistance rating.

If you make full use of their features, the Kospet Magic P10 and R10 can last up to 18 hours. Typically though, the company says you should be able to get 12 days of use, or 50 days if you leave them in Standby mode.

The Kospet Magic P10 and R10 are both priced at RM699, and will be available locally starting 21 July. You can get them via the brand’s official stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, but at the time of writing their listings have yet to appear.
