The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is currently conducting a survey to gather customer feedback with the purpose of improving its digital services, making them more effective and user-friendly. This was announced my the department yesterday via a post shared on its official Facebook page.
In the post, JPJ attached a QR code through which users can access the survey. Upon accessing the form, users are greeted with questionnaires aimed at evaluating the public awareness, acceptance, and confidence in the department’s digital systems and new initiatives.
The survey is also designed to identify the needs and expectations of the public towards the JPJ system, with the goal of developing a more focused, user-friendly, and inclusive action plan. All questions appear to be framed to achieve these three objectives.
The MyJPJ application was launched in April 2023 and has undergone numerous updates since then. The most recent update includes a feature that allows users to convert their Probationary Driving Licence (PDL) to a Competent Driving Licence (CDL).
According to JPJ Director-General Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli, the feature is expected to benefit approximately 2.38 million eligible PDL holders. By enabling online applications, the department aims to simplify the process, allowing users to apply for a CDL anytime and anywhere via their smartphones.
As such, this digital system is intended to facilitate all matters related to JPJ. Therefore, if you have any suggestions to improve the system, you are encouraged to share them with the department through the survey.
