In what it states is an effort to push forth our country’s national mobility agenda, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana) has introduced a new version of its MyRapid PULSE trip planner app. The original version, which was launched back in 2020, was discontinued on 1 May.
Via a statement released from its official website, Prasarana states that the new MyRapid PULSE app will smoothen the process of trip planning and navigation, and introduce new features such as ‘Explore City’. This will reportedly help users identify interesting locations throughout Klang Valley such as tourist landmarks.

The new version of the MyRapid PULSE app will also have a ‘Rewards & Promotions’ feature. This will apparently allow users to claim exclusive offers from certain retail and lifestyle brands, such as purchase discounts and promotions in selected outlets.
Prasarana hopes that this new MyRapid PULSE app, along with the features it brings, will assist all users, especially tourists and first-time users, with their travel planning. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The old version is still indexed by search engines, though clicking on them now leads to the respective versions of “not found”.
