CMF, the budget sub-brand of Nothing, is set to reveal its second smartphone, the Phone 2 Pro, as well as some new earbuds on 28 April. Ahead of the launch, however, the upcoming devices have made an appearance on the SIRIM database, indicating that they will hit the shelves in Malaysia soon after the unveiling.
The brand has listed a smartphone with the model number A001 on SIRIM on 11 April 2025. Previously, it was rumoured that this model number belonged to the Phone 2, but the brand’s omission of the vanilla model during its launch date reveal suggests that it might actually be the Phone 2 Pro instead.
Additionally, two new earbuds were also listed on the database on the same date, namely the B184 and B179. The former has been previously identified as the Buds 2 Plus while the latter is likely the Buds 2 or 2a. The brand announced a total of three earbuds that will be launched, so a third model is notably missing from the database.
As for the specs, nothing has been revealed about the CMF Phone 2 Pro, but the teasers suggest it might get a customisable back just like its predecessor. According to unconfirmed rumours, the mid-ranger might sport a 6.3-inch 1080p OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W charging.
