NVIDIA May Be Readying A Blackwell-Based Titan GPU

As powerful as that is, there's a chance we may not even see it.

It is rumoured that NVIDIA may be getting ready for something of a monstrous Blackwell-based TITAN GPU in its basement. While not entirely or completely far-fetched for the likes of the brand, it is still a stretch and a half for some of us to follow.

Rumours of the alleged Blackwell-powered Titan GPU was first reported by RedGamingTech and Overclock3D, which themselves are based on the confirmation of another popular and serial leakster, kopite7kimi. Now, kopite points out that even if NVIDIA were to make such a GPU, the chances of the brand actually selling such a card is marginally slim.

Kopite reinforces that point by saying that there exists a Titan GPU based on the Ada Lovelace architecture too, but it was never sold. That said, they are standing their ground, confirming that a Blackwell-based Titan does exist.

And while there is no substantial evidence of the Blackwell Titan GPU, RedTechGaming says that the card could end up, whatever its manifestation, with as much as 32GB of GDDR7 memory. That’s 4GB more than the 28GB GDDR7 that the upcoming RTX 5090 is expected to rock.
