The leakster adds that the phone’s rear camera setup will be helmed by a 50MP primary camera, while a 16MP selfie shooter is housed within the punch-hole cutout on its display. Battery-wise, it is suggested that the CMF Phone 1 will come with a 5,000mAh capacity and supports 33W fast charging via USB-C. No mentions of wireless charging support, however.

Brar did detail any of the device’s teased gimmicks or other colourways apart from the orange one that we’ve already been exposed to. Pricing-wise, the leak claims that the 6GB configuration is expected to be priced at INR15,999 (~RM904), while the 8GB option is at RM17,999 (~RM1,017).

Meanwhile, a new teaser by CMF has at least shot down one of Brar’s tips, officially confirming that the Phone 1 actually comes with a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. We’ll only find out whether the rest of the leakster’s info is accurate or not once the brand is ready to reveal further, or when the device officially launches on 8 July 2024, together with the CMF Buds Pro 2 and Watch Pro 2.
