AdGuard, an ad-blocking service, has announced Temp Mail, its new feature that will help keep your inbox spam-free. As you can guess from the name, it is a new temporary email generator that is free for anyone to use without any ads or paywalled features.
The service is useful for you to create a disposable email any time you need to sign up for something like services or free trials but do not necessarily want to give out your personal email. To use it, just go to the Temp Mail page and it will automatically give you an anonymous email address.
All emails received within this inbox will automatically be deleted after 24 hours, so it is best that you do not use this service to keep any important information. AdGuard says you will still be able to access that same inbox even if you close the page or return within seven days. However, if there are no activities after seven days, the email address will be deleted.
If you need to generate a new email address, you can click on the “change address” button to get a new one, although the current address and inbox will be permanently deleted; there is seemingly no limit to how many times you can change the temporary email address. It should also be noted that you can only receive emails but you will not be able to send emails from the disposable address.
