U Mobile has rolled out an exciting change for its users, increasing the internet quota for some of its existing offerings. Specifically, the telco is increasing the data cap for its U Postpaid 38 and U Postpaid 68 plans by up to 100GB while remaining at the same price point.

To start with, the U Postpaid 38 is getting double the data with it now offering 120GB of 4G+5G internet. The plan, which costs RM38 per month and comes with unlimited calls, already had its initial data cap doubled last year from 30GB to 60GB.

As for the U Postpaid 68 plan, U Mobile is increasing the high-speed data quota by 100GB, ballooning it from 200GB to a whopping 300GB. Priced at RM68 per month, this plan also comes with unlimited calls as well as free international roaming in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand. Moreover, both packages allow users to fully utilise their data quota for hotspot usage.

The only tier that didn’t get an upgrade is the higher-end U Postpaid 98 plan, which already provides 1TB of data as well as 15GB of international roaming in 63 countries, along with hotspot usage and unlimited calls. If you’re interested in something cheaper, the telco offers prepaid plans that start from RM25 per month, although the speeds are limited to between 3Mbps to 6Mbps.
