While Valve doesn’t usually announce them until the last minute, it’s usually pretty easy to predict when it will have its Steam sales. They usually have seasonal editions, like the Summer and Winter sales. Another usual deal is when they coincide with certain holidays that we may or may not celebrate, like the Lunar New Year and Halloween.
But sometimes one comes completely out of left field, and the next one is just a few days before the expected Halloween sale. It’s called the Steam Digital Tabletop Fest, and it’s scheduled to happen between 21 and 25 October. It’s also one of the few that Valve has announced ahead of time.
According to the announcement, there will also be livestreamed events hosted by Auroch Digital. There will also be a special focus on RPGs, since the ROG Edition. The post also has a registration link for “eligible titles” to be part of the sale.
So if you were waiting for some RGT titles to be cheaper soon, you have a few days on your calendar to mark. To recap, the Steam Digital Tabletop Fest RPG Edition is coming up from 21 to 25 October. And then, wait three days, and the Halloween sale should be up for all your horror needs.
