It has come to our attention that TM has begun to deliver speed upgrade to its unifi biz customers. Prior to this, the speed upgrades which is famously referred to as unifi Turbo was only available to residential customers.
Since TM has yet to announce the details regarding the speed upgrade for its unifi Biz customers, we didn’t have any information on the speed tiers that customers would receive. Same goes for the pricing as well but since the unifi Turbo upgrades for residential customers didn’t involve any price changes, business customers would expect the same too.
According to the email that was sent to the owner of this particular account, the new speed is now 500Mbps. Previously, the account’s speed is 30Mbps on the Biz Advance Plus plan.
We have reached out to TM for further information but nevertheless, unifi Biz customers out there might want to check out their inbox for the Turbo upgrade notification from TM.
