If you’ve been planning on getting yourself the Honor 8X, you should know that the brand officially launched a red colour variant of its mid-range flagship. The phone itself officially launched back in Malaysia back in October, but back then, the phone only came in two colours; Blue and Black.
At a glance, the Honor 8X in red looks visually stunning. Beyond the aesthetics, the phone still features the same hardware as before. That means a Kirin 710 SoC with an NPU (Neural Processing Unit), 4GB RAM, and a hefty 128GB of expandable storage. It also sports a dual 20MP +2MP f/1.8 dual main camera array.
The Honor 8X is already available for purchase at the same SRP of RM949 as when it launched. The phone can be purchased at the brand’s official product page, as well as its official stores on Lazada, 11Street, and Shopee. Though, it should be noted that the phone’s SRP on the latter is listed as RM999.
Do note that Honor will be limiting the number of this colour variant to just 500 units. Additionally, the first 200 customers to buy the phone will get an Honor Band 3 (while stocks last, naturally).
